Renovation of an existing 42 story rental apartment building into New York’s first Luxury Spa condominium.
The project is unique in that a full service spa of 6000 SF is available to all residents as well as a very spacious gym with a basketball court, a climbing wall, and an Olympic sized swimming pool are all adjacent to a 10,000 SF private garden.
The apartments were all designed to reflect living in an urban spa utilizing natural materials selections, considered lighting and appealing public spaces.
This new development draws attention from the street with a wide and deeply cantilevered bronze awning that casts a warm glow on the city sidewalk.
