The renovation of one iconic Upper East Side 1950’s white brick building for leading real estate brand Crescent Heights.
The building, spanning an entire block from 66th to 67th Street and facing Third Avenue, has been brought back to its initial and groundbreaking elegance, thanks to a new lobby and garden, new blackened steel casement windows and a new base façade clad in handmade black brick with an iridescent glaze.
The building houses a new Sant Ambroeus Caffè, also designed by Bonetti/Kozerski architecture.
